A little about me…
Marissa is a New York City based actor and singer. She grew up in both Tokyo and Los Angeles and is affectionately known as the “token gringa” of her Latin family. Her passion for acting and musical theatre date back to her childhood when she would perform in-house impromptu concerts, and PG reenactments of “Robin Williams: Live On Broadway” stand-up for her family.
She received her B.F.A. with Honors in Musical Theatre with a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Arizona. Some of her favorite credits include Blanche DuBois (A Streetcar Named Desire), and Billie Dawn (Born Yesterday). She has also been seen on the hit television show Chicago Med (NBC) and as a national anthem singer for the Los Angeles Lakers.
